Live Imaging of human intestinal

3D structure of a circular fold. Light-sheet microscopy of a circular fold from a human small intestine tube from the Duodenum-Jejunum junction (Ligament of Treitz). Tissue was cleared (Methods) and autofluorescence was used to image the epithelial layer.
